Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum App app for iPhone and iPad

The Oerlikon Leybold App is a control, monitoring and report generating Application made specifically to work with the PHOENIX L300i & PHOENIX L500i products from Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum.

-Profile Manager: User Profiles & Part Profiles enable Admins or Bosses to create Users and assign Part Profiles to Users. This ensures that the machine is always set to proper settings prior to every test when generating a report.

-Reporting: Create reports in a few easy steps and export them through iTunes File Sharing, Email or even the built in WebServer function so you can easily connect a computer or mobile device to the same wifi network that the iPad is on and download the report CSV file from a web browser. Report files are available offline, so you do not have to be connected to a machine to get access to your reports.

-Read both Pressure Gauges and change the notation by tapping on the pressure value

-Read all parameter data from the redesigned vacuum schematic. Touch on any object in the vacuum schematic to get the real time information of that component.

-Vacuum Schematic: Real information and visual indication of all components that are running or that have a failure. If a valve or a turbo or backing pump has an error the vacuum schematic will highlight the object in red so the user knows what object is the problem.

-Trend Graph that shows the entire history of the leak rate scan from start to when you press stop. Change the graph scale on the fly while you are still viewing the trend. Tap on the trend graph and slide your finger to get a pop over view that shows the time stamp and leak rate with a cross hair showing the position you are on in the trend graph.

-Sleep/Wake Up Mode: You can manually sleep the machine any time to save energy over night and now there is a way to wake up the machine by setting a schedule for the machine wake up. A user can set a time and a date that they would like the machine to wake up at.

-Menu: Full control over all parameters through the menu.

-Scan 1D or 2D barcodes during reporting with the optional Bluetooth Barcode Scanner.

Open the App with an L300i or L500i present in the room and the Leak Detector Detection screen will show the available Leak Detectors you can connect to, you can also name the devices from the connection screen. The connection screen has a info button to set the cable settings, just plug in an iSerialCable to the iPad and then to the Leak detector and with the App open the App will connect to the Leak Detector. Reports are accessible from the connection screen.
